Control Networks are the back bone of any survey & construction project, developing and ensuring the existing topographical Control Network is expanded and fit for purpose when entering the construction phase. Encompass Surveys regularly install Control Networks for various clients across many different types and sizes of developments.
Total station and mini prism technology is deployed to set out all points to a very high accuracy in both x, y and z positions. GPS can also be used to link into OS Grid for establishing OS related detail. Encompass Surveys also provide detailed As Set Out drawings following each site visit, including photographic evidence of all works completed to ensure accuracies and requirements are met.
