Over the last couple of years and since my arrival at Bovis Homes we have had a major change in the way we operate with services on and off Bovis Homes sites, part of that change is to ensure we are fully understanding of where existing services are located before we start works and also once installed an accurate GPS survey to have the co-ordinates added to our as laid drawings for the use with new permit to digs issued for the following trades on site.

I have found working in partnership with Encompass to of great benefit in reducing risk of service strikes on undergound apparatus, Encompass always gives us a very slick service from quote to design drawings and works are always carried out in a fair and reasonable manor.

Nothing is ever too much trouble as we often need works carried out at short notice and the Encompass staff that attend these works are always understanding of our requirements and are polite and courteous to our site teams.

I would like to build on this partnership in the future and explore any other services and improvements Encompass Surveys can offer Bovis Homes Ltd to enhance the way we work and keep our sites safe.
