For this Network we initially performed extensive checks on existing features and level’s, and finding no errors we installed a number of Retro Targets ( 60+ ! ) surrounding the job allowing engineers to be able to quickly get going on site.
Backup station’s are set off site & all Easting’s, Northing’s and Z Values are issued in multiple format’s, DWG ( 3D ), PDF, CSV and we also place all information available within a QR code in the site office / canteen. This allows any visiting engineer’s to utilise the very latest verified control station’s to allow the best accuracies.
