What personal data do we collect?

The GDPR classes your name as personal data. Your email address, if it includes your name, is also classed as personal data. All personal data that we collect about you will be recorded, used, and protected by us in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and this privacy policy. The personal data we process includes:-

Identity Data - which includes title, first name, last name, and username.

Contact Data - which includes billing address, site address, email address and telephone numbers.

Financial Data - which includes bank account details for our suppliers.

Transaction Data - which includes details about payments to and from you and other details of services you have purchased from us.

Usage Data - which includes information about how you use our website, products and services.

Marketing and Communications Data - which includes your preferences in receiving marketing information from us.

How long will you keep my personal data?

We will keep personal customer data for as long as the individual is a customer of Encompass Surveys. All customer data will be deleted 6 years after this period.

We will keep personal employee data for the duration of employment. We will delete personal employee data 6 years after the last day of contractual employment.

We may be obliged to keep data for longer periods should there be a legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Personal data obtained via a job application will be kept on file for up to 12 months. We will use this personal data to alert the person should another role become available. After this time the data will be deleted.

We hold your data securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and with the General Data Protection Regulation from 25th May 2018 and your data is held on secure servers in the UK.

Who do you share my personal data with and why?

We will not in any instance sell or release personal information to third parties unless we are required to do so by law.

We will only share personal information where it is necessary during the course of our business operation or when we have legal or regulatory requirement.

What rights do I have?
